Tumble Trust Relaxation Retreat     David Mahon

This weekend explores contemplative prayer as a road to God that takes us much deeper than reason. This will be done in the tradition of Tumble Trust events that set out to twin that rare combination of fun and deep down spiritual renewal. David Mahon is the founder of the Tumble Trust’s innovative relaxation workshops.

Young People's Beginning Experience     YPBE Team

This weekend is for young people (over 11 years) who have lost a parent through death, separation or divorce.  It is led by the young team members and adults that are there in a supporting role.  Everyone on the weekend has experienced the pain of loss themselves. Beginners Retreat     MinsteracresTeam .

This weekend offers a gentle introduction to an Individually Guided Retreat. The retreat is in silence and the programme is flexible according to the needs and wishes of the individual retreatant. There is a daily personal meeting with the retreat guide to reflect on each day and to help the person see where and how God is working in his/her life.

Spirituality in the Workplace     Martin Bell & MinsteracresTeam .

This retreat offers an opportunity to begin reflection on the relationship between spirituality and the workplace.  The aim is to nurture spiritual awareness in the workplace by highlighting issues that are relevant to the work environment.  All people interested in examining the connection between spirituality and the workplace are welcome, irrespective of the role the person has, or whether the work is paid or unpaid.

Martin Bell has held various managerial posts and is a qualified career coach.  His career has spanned the private, public and charity/voluntary sectors.

Dancing for Peace and Peace for the Dancers     Janette Blakemore & Minsteracres Team

Meditation, prayer and intercession can be expressed and developed through Circle Dance. During this weekend we will focus on Peace: dancing for world peace and finding peace through dancing. The dance steps are simple and easy to learn and will be accompanied by stories and prayers about peace from different cultures and religions. Please bring warm clothes and flat footware.  Weather permitting we will do a dance session outdoors.

Beginning Experience    BE Team

This weekend is for people who find themselves single again through divorce, separation or the death of a loved one. The BE team have all experienced this themselves and will be able to help you work through your grief and pain. The weekend offers space to heal and begin again. Prepare for the coming of the Lord     Michael Herm CP & Minsteracres Team

Advent is a time of longing, waiting and expectation.  This retreat offers an opportunity to step back and prepare for the coming of Christ at Christmas.  We will reflect on the Advent readings using music, dance and meditation.  Michael Herm is a Passionist priest and psychotherapist who likes sacred dance.

Jesus saw his mission as reaching out to the needy; those whose need it was to meet the Father through Him.
