The Shruberry

"The Shrubbery" is the old name for the arboretum at Minsteracres. It is an area of special wild woodland containing different species of trees (including seqouiadendron giganteum), shrubs and plants. Under the inspired leadership of Frank Neary, himself a volunteer, a group of volunteers is undertaking its reclamation and conservation. New volunteers are always welcome - see our contact details on this page.

While much work remains to be done, the shrubbery has already proved to be a big attraction for guests at Minsteracres.
